Refer & earn $500

Refer another diocese, archdiocese, or multi-school district to TSNC. When they sign up as an enterprise customer, you earn $500 โ€” five times the per-school referral.

Why we pay 5x for enterprise referrals

A diocese-level conversation takes longer, requires diocesan-level credibility, and brings us a lot more impact. The ratio reflects that: $100 per school ร— 5 = $500 minimum value, and most enterprise referrals bring in more than 5 schools.

Stack referrals
Enterprise refers count separately from per-school refers โ€” if you refer the diocese AND bring in three individual schools that aren't under that diocese, you earn $500 + $300 = $800.

What qualifies as an enterprise referral

  • A diocese, archdiocese, or other multi-school Catholic structure with 5+ schools
  • A school district with 5+ schools (any tradition)
  • A multi-campus charter network with 5+ schools
  • A K-12 system that's organizationally unified, even if loosely

What does NOT qualify as an enterprise referral:

  • Five separate schools that happen to be in the same area but aren't under one organization
  • A diocese with only 3 schools (treated as three single-school referrals = $300)
  • A diocese that's already a TSNC customer

How to refer a diocese

Enterprise referrals usually involve a multi-step conversation. Most aren't closed in one email. Here's the pattern that works:

  1. 1
Identify your contact at the diocese
The right person is usually the diocesan IT director, the superintendent of schools, or sometimes the chancellor. Not a parish priest, not a school principal โ€” someone with budget authority across schools.
  2. 2
    Make the introduction
An email or short call: "We've been using TSNC at our school. It's been valuable. I think the diocese should consider rolling it out across all schools." Mention specific outcomes โ€” "catch rates went from 30% to 80%" โ€” not just sentiment.
  3. 3
    Connect them with us
Email enterprise@thoushaltnotclick.com with the diocese's IT director CC'd, mentioning your referral. We take it from there. They get a custom diocesan demo, a pilot pricing structure, and a clear rollout plan.
  4. 4
You get $500 when they sign
Paid in the month after the diocese signs the enterprise contract. Same payout options as the org tier: ACH, check, or credit on your school's bill.

What we provide for diocesan rollouts

When you refer a diocese and they show interest, we don't just send them a self-serve link and hope. We provide:

  • A scoped diocesan demo โ€” a working TSNC instance pre-configured with your diocese's tradition (Catholic) and a mock structure of their schools
  • Custom pricing โ€” we negotiate based on size, not list-price
  • A 90-day rollout plan โ€” pilot with 2-3 schools first, then scale to all schools, with weekly check-ins from us
  • Faith-tradition-aware messaging โ€” for Catholic dioceses, our materials use the right vocabulary; for school districts, we adjust accordingly
  • Direct access to TSNC's founder โ€” Lucas (the founder) takes every diocesan call personally for the first year

FAQ

What if my diocese has fewer than 5 schools?+
It still counts as multiple per-school referrals. Three schools = $300. We don't make you choose which fits.
What if I'm an Org Admin, not an Enterprise Admin?+
You can still refer enterprises! Enterprise referrals aren't restricted to enterprise admins. If you're a school principal who knows the diocesan IT director, your referral is just as good. The $500 payout goes to the person who made the introduction, not based on tier.
What if multiple people refer the same diocese?+
The first referral that arrives in writing (email, link tracking) gets credit. We don't split or duplicate. If you're worried someone else might have referred them already, ask us first โ€” we'll let you know if there's an existing introduction in flight.
Are there any restrictions on which dioceses I can refer?+
No โ€” refer any diocese, any school district, any K-12 system you think would benefit. We don't blacklist by region or by network. Your judgment.
