Common questions
What's the difference between admin tiers? A Family Admin manages their household. An Org Admin runs TSNC at a single school. An Enterprise Admin oversees multiple schools (typically a diocese or archdiocese). Platform admins are TSNC's own team — that's us.
Higher tiers can read lower-tier guides too. If you're an Org Admin, you can read all the Family Admin guides — they'll help you understand what your teachers' families experience. The reverse isn't shown by default but isn't blocked either: anyone with a direct link can read any guide. These are docs, not secrets.
Where are the videos? We're a small team and writing comes faster than recording. Every guide has illustrations of the actual screens you'll work with, and we're adding video walkthroughs as we go. If a particular guide would benefit from video, let us know via the thumbs-down on any guide.
