Org profile & settings

Your school's identity inside TSNC β€” name, leadership, faith tradition, branding. Everything here affects how TSNC presents itself to your staff.

The Organization Profile page β€” Where you set up everything about your school

The faith tradition setting

TSNC ships with six faith traditions: Catholic, Christian (non-Catholic), Jewish, Muslim, Non-denominational, and Other (a neutral option for any tradition not on the list). Pick whichever fits your school. It affects:

  • The vocabulary in training content (Catholic schools see "parish," "diocese," "feast day" examples; secular schools see "office," "district," "event")
  • The default role labels (Principal/Pastor/Business Manager for Catholic; customize for others)
  • Phishing simulation themes (Catholic schools may see realistic vendor invoices for Catholic supply companies; secular schools see generic vendors)
  • Email tone in default templates
✝️
Faith tradition doesn't affect security
Every organization gets the same crypto, the same MFA enforcement, the same audit logging. The faith tradition is a content and tone setting, not a security setting. We chose to support non-Catholic schools because the cybersecurity threat is the same everywhere β€” and Catholics founding a product to serve all schools struck us as the right kind of evangelization.

Leadership roles

Fill in the actual people in your leadership. These names appear on:

  • The certificate signatory line on training-completion certificates
  • The "from" line on org-wide announcements
  • Reports to enterprise-level admins (so the diocese knows who runs your school)

Setting a leader's name doesn't give them a TSNC account β€” that's a separate Staff invite. These are display-only fields.

Billing contact

The billing contact gets the invoice emails, the receipt emails, and the renewal reminders. For schools that route everything through a Business Office, set the Business Manager as the billing contact even if they don't actively use TSNC otherwise.

What changes need a co-approval

None of the org profile fields require co-approval. They're considered low-risk β€” worst case, a wrong principal name shows up on a certificate. Every change IS recorded in the Activity Log with a before/after snapshot, so a peer admin can revert it cleanly if needed.

FAQ

Can I change our faith tradition later?+
Yes, anytime. Existing training history isn't re-themed (that'd be weird), but new content from the date of the change forward will use the new tradition. If your parish changed denomination or you switched from religious to secular, just update the field.
Why does branding live on a separate page?+
Logos and colors change more often than your school's identity. We split them so you can update branding (e.g., refreshed logo for a new academic year) without touching the slow-changing identity fields. See the Branding page in the sidebar.
Do these changes notify anyone?+
Profile edits (name, city, contacts) go into the Activity Log silently. But significant changes email your fellow admins β€” both feature toggles (AI analysis, Online Kindness, MFA-required, campaigns, Password Manager, link-check & security policy) and who-has-access changes (transferring the Primary Admin, promoting or removing an admin, updating permissions, deactivating a member, granting Org Reporter, adding or removing an enterprise admin). The email also goes to your enterprise admin if you have one, so everyone with authority knows. Each admin can opt out under Platform Features β†’ Notifications (β€œAdmin & Feature Changes”).
